  So, I went to drop off my computer and the older man who owns this business with a mustache bowed up on me and clinched his fist and almost swung. He did this because I said SOB under my breath after learning that the establishment was closed. I had a smile on my face and meant no harm, just fun and games. There's no doubt in my mind that the man had a loose screw. His wife attempted to stop him and it was a big ordeal. Oh, and he continued to call me an A Hole. With that being said, please take your computer elsewhere. Dr. Bulldog computers is nice and so is Hi Tech Computers!

  I have been doing business with Computer Solutions for several years, and I have always been impressed. The technicians were always courteous, knowledgeable, and professional both in the store and at my home. I thought I had lost my portfolio from a demolished laptop, but they were able to recover the data overnight. I wouldn't take my money any where else.

  I took my Mac in to have the battery replaced. The establishment was clean. When I dropped my laptop off the man at the receiving desk commented that my computer was "mint condition" for its age. I told him that I keep it in a case and had only removed it to bring it in. When I removed my computer from its case I wiped it off with a cloth, bottom and top. There was no damage to my computer, I'm sure of that. When I picked my computer up there was a huge dent and a small gash on the bottom of the casing, causing the casing to bubble on the side. There was something sticky on that side, like food particles. I called the company and they told me to bring it back in. The tech met me at the counter and told me that when he finished the computer there was no damage to it and that he took pride in his work. I explained to him that I took pride in my computer and kept it in mint condition and that I had checked it before I brought it in. He took it to the back to "see what he could do" and then brought it back in the same condition but with more gunk on it. I would not recommend their services and will not be returning. Battery replacement = $212.06 and a damaged computer.
