  Do not fix your Screens here Polite and friendly but that's where the pros end They gave a faulty screen and took it back for them to fix it 3 times. They "said" they replaced screens and it did not fix the issues. My guess is they use refurbished screens. I know for a fact that they did not replace screens after I had lightning issues after 3 weeks. They just replaced the screen protector and hoped I would not notice After all that, I went to fix the screen at Fix My Smartphone and fixed all the issues i had with my screen the first time I wanted a refund and even brought them their screen. Fix My Smartphone denied any possibility of a refund and would not buy their screen back Not ever Doing business with them again

  Poor customer service!!! I came in asking questions about a phone I bought from there that wasn't fixed properly and treated me as if I was dumb and talked to me in a short tone and with lots of snappy, harsh attitude. Also, they do not fix the screen correctly or care to fix the problem you have (even when you have warranty). I bought my phone from them at the end of May 2017 and have had to go back in there 5 times (it's now July 2017) because my phone screen popped out, again. I should not be having to worry about my phone screen popping out because I put it in my back pocket or tossed it onto my pillow. When I do go and ask them to fix it under warranty, it is always a different reason as to why it popped out (water damage, bent frame, etc.) and proceed to tell me it's my fault it happened. They sometimes even refuse to fix it. A phone that has been fixed properly would not be having this much trouble from normal day wear and tear. I have been completely disgusted with how they treat their customers and their lack of interest to do their job correctly. DO NOT BUY OR GET A PHONE FIXED FROM THEM.
